Making the Most of Nok On Wood
Our fairies are very busy around the site, so to make their work a little easier here is a list of some of our additional features that we hope will make your shopping experience a pleasure.
Improved product search facilities: Our new Product Search option enables you to quickly find what you are looking for. Search by product name, code or whatever keyword works for you.
Product viewing options: You can control how you view our catalogue pages. With the Window Shopping option you can leasurely browse through our catalogue pages without to much scrolling; the Quick Shop option provides a simple viewing option where you can see what is in stock and pop items straight into your basket; and Browse & Buy enables you to leisurely scroll down our pages one item at a time. Our Sort options give you control over the priority in which our products are displayed. You can sort the catalogue pages by price, alphabetical order or latest to be added to the site.
Gift Certificates: Want to buy a gift but can't decide what? We have a very quick and easy Gift Certificate option to solve your dilema. Simply enter a name and email address for the recipient and the amount you want to offer (unlimited options), add to basket and as soon as you have completed and paid for your order the Certificate will be emailed directly to the recipient with a personal message from you.
Unlimited Wishlists: On each of our product pages you will find an Add To Wishlist option. This facility enables you to create as many wishlists as you like, especially useful if you have several children to buy for. By creating a list for each child, you can quickly add items to their list in preparation for Birthdays, Christmas and other times when you want to give a gift. Create an account and give your friends the access details and you have an instant birthday list that you can share with whoever you like. We do not have access to your wishlists, so you can rest assured that they are confidential.
Gift Message Facility: If you are sending a gift directly to a friend or relative and want to add your own personal message, you can now do this very easily. Simply enter your message in the box provided on the checkout page and we will forward your message on for you.
Email a Friend: If you see something you think a friend would like, or want to forward on details of a gift you want from someone who is buying for you, it is easy to do this with our quick Email a Friend option on every product page.
Social Media: For a peek behind the scenes at Nok On Wood, you can Friend us on Facebook. This is where we post all our little snippets, interesting finds and latest offers. In addition to this each of our products has a Facebook Like and Tweet buttons for you to share what you like with your friends.
Join our Friends: Our aim is to keep Nok On Wood as personal and friendly as possible. We value our customers and friends and as a thank you for your interest we offer exclusive discounts and promotions that are not generally available on our website.
